The program gives internet for $9.99 every month with download rates of up to 25Mbps and 5Mbps transfer to qualified residents in Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
The program is currently accessible to residents accepting pay uphold through Ontario Works, the Ontario Disability Support Program and for senior Ontarians getting the Guaranteed Income Supplement.
