This will help your ginger stay fresh until you’re ready to use it!

Peeled

When you remove the skin from ginger, you can’t keep it fresh for a long time. So, you need to store it properly. Here’s a simple tip for that: Wrap the peeled ginger tightly with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. By doing this, you might be able to keep the ginger fresh for up to three weeks.
