Before Or After?
Guess what? It’s actually better to brush your teeth before breakfast. Surprising, isn’t it? When you brush after eating, especially if it was something sweet or sour, you could harm your teeth. Brushing immediately after consuming sugary or acidic foods can damage your tooth enamel and increase the risk of cavities. If you don’t want to brush before breakfast but still want fresh breath, wait for thirty minutes after eating before brushing. That’s much safer for your teeth! And if you’re in a hurry, you can use mouthwash instead.
